My first craft market

This was my first craft market. I had such fun and so many compliments on my photos. My face is now sore from so much smiling but I am not complaining. I did try to sell some chocolate crunchies and some button necklaces and earings but I think in future I will just stick to my cards. The photos took the lime light. I had one lady who bought some off my A4 size photos and I hope she comes back for more like she wants to.

I am now starting another little business of selling my photos A4, A3 prints and canvas. Chooses the photo you would like and I'll do the rest.

Well I still can not stop smiling.

Oh and I would like to thank Liana, Colin and Baby :) , Aunty Margie and Amy, and Sonja and Mr Gammage for coming and supporting me. You all ROCK!!!

Being my first market I got my mom to help set up store and Nic to help sell. So a but thank you to them.

All these birds were taken at the Umgeni Bird Park except the duck which was taken at Mitchell Park.

Buildings

The ICC picture was taken at night. When I left home that night it was not raining but when I arrived it had been raining in Durban. Lucky for me it all worked out great. The rain on the ground gave a very nice reflection affect. I have not seen an image like this before of the ICC.

The PMB City Hall is a hard building to photograph as it is so big and you can't get far enough away to take the whole building. So I decided that photographing my favorite part would make a good photo. I love the clock and the angle on this image.

Bits of everything

Be Blessed example 25

example 20 is a photo experiment I tried after looking at the Pix magazine. It is a photo of stars taken at a shutter speed of 6 hours. The suspense of wanting to see the photo is intense. The worst part of this experiment was the waiting, and often if the battery failed well sorry for you no photos, have to re try.

Example 21 is of my moms back x-ray. I photographed the x-ray then made some adjustments on Photoshop to make it look extra cool.

Example 22 is of a plant in my garden. One night we was having a braai and I noticed how awesome that plant looked in the light of the one light by our house. So hence the photo.

Example 23 was taken at a restaurant. Our assignment at tech was to take an interior photo. I took many on Florida Road but this ones lighting was looking best.

Example 25. One day I saw this plant in my garden after it had rain and thought the water drop was cool. So again I took a photo of it.

Our Lord Jesus Christ

Jesus has always been a big part of my life. He is my everything. When I met my boyfriend Nic my biggest fear in life was that he would not go to heaven or know our Lord. Well on Good Friday 2011 he got baptized. Greatest day of my life. Anyhow since The Cross is the christian symbol I have loved to use it as my subject when ever I had a an opportunity to at tech. So here are my favorite two images.
