The top photo was taken really by accident. I was at the harbor as the sun was setting and saw the light on the boats and the rest was history.

The cityscape with the lights was taken from Wilson's Wharf. I used Cafe Fish as the subject for the photo and love all the colours of lights reflected in the water.

The three photos in one frame sells for R170. You may chose any card you would like as the three photos.

 There are so many lovely items at this open day. If you love hand made and home made items then this is the place to be. My favourite was the scarves. I even admit to buying one, the small ones are only R45, I thought was a bargin. There was crotchet things (rings, necklaces etc), clothes (childrens mainly), jewlery (wooden, silver, buttons etc) and lovely and yummy jams and cakes.
 

Go check it out and of course buy at least a card of mine.

Knitting

Too keep myself busy while not making cards I have been knitting. I can't knit very well but I love knitting none the less. Last year I knitted myself a scarf hat which was lots of fun to make and wear. Then I saw this chain scarf on the internet with no pattern. With my moms help we created a pattern and this is what became. I love wearing this scarf and I have been making some for friends and family.

Example 35 was taken at Anstey's Beach.

Example 36 was PMB botancial gardens. A place that must be visited if ever in the area.

Example 37. Can you believe this is Addington Beach? I wouldn't if I saw the pic. The things you will see if you only take the time to look.

Snow

I often find it hard to write about my photos, making the cards I find way more easier. There are so many cards that I have not put up simply because of the writing.

This picture was taken a couple years ago when I was on holiday in the Midlands. I woke up on the third day I was there and it was snowing. I was so excited as it was my first time ever seeing falling snow. Such a magical sight to see. My mom loved it most of all as it reminded her of her days in Norway with her mother. It was very special to have experienced it with my mom.

Waterfalls

This photo gets a lot of WOWs from customers. If you have a tripod this shot is easy to do. It was taken in the berg. The hard part for me was walking to the waterfall. It is easy as all you have to do is have an exposure of 1 sec or longer.
